The Atlas Door Making machine is all steel construction providing the rigid foundation required for ultra-smooth routing results. Built for the door industry our new Atlas Door Machine features dual spindles to route door perimeter profile, window openings, hinges, door knob opening and lock set in minutes. The Atlas includes (2) high frequency spindles, 1st is for all vertical routing and the 2nd is a dual shaft spindle for all the horizontal routing. The machine includes a double layer high flow vacuum pod table for elevating the door so that there are proper clearances. Connected to a Rotary vane vacuum pump for securing the door as it is processed. The Atlas is powered by brushless AC Servo digital motors and drives, and is controlled via PC based interface that is intuitive and easy to learn and use. The programming software is designed to allow the end user to drag and drop the desires hinge design / size, window cutout, and door lock set. This software also imports door opening scanned profile which then allows the door perimeter to be shaped exactly to the opening saving installers time and money.
